Construction on Delta Planet Niš Kicks Off

Serbian company Delta Real Estate has begun the construction of a new shopping center in Serbia, Delta Planet Niš. 

The cornerstone-laying ceremony for the new retail project was held at the construction site on the 19th of February. 

Besides international and local brands, Delta Planet Niš will introduce new leisure and entertainment contents such as the first 4DX cinema in Niš, restaurants, and attractive cafes. 

Zorana Burlić, Delta Real Estate CEO stated:

Delta continues its investment cycle, which began with the construction of InterContinental hotel in Ljubljana, followed by Delta Planet malls in Banja Luka and Varna. We have multiple projects at the moment: the Indigo hotel and Delta House office building in Belgrade, as well as Delta Planet Niš. This makes us the largest real estate investor in the region.

She added that the company plans to invest around 400 million EUR in new projects in the next several years, which will enable the construction of 370,000 sqm of commercial space.

Spreading across 40,000 sqm, Delta Planet Niš will feature an attractive tenant mix and 850 parking spaces. The mall is an investment of 70 million EUR.

Delta Planet Niš will be positioned in a superb location, on the corner of Blagoja Parojevića and Bulevara Nemanjića streets, offering easy access from all parts of the city. 

The shopping center will stand out due to its spectacular modern architecture, including an eye-catching glass facade. 

Visitors will be able to enjoy world-leading brands complemented by various gastronomy, entertainment, and leisure options.
