Incanto Italy Finally Opens in Belgrade

The Italian lingerie brand Incanto Italy has opened its first store on Knez Mihailova Street in Belgrade with the assistance of CBS International.

Incanto Italy is a luxury apparel retailer specializing in underwear, swimwear, and hosiery products.

The brand’s first store in Belgrade is located in the heart of the city center, on Knez Mihailova no.18 Street, offering the latest high-quality luxury collections.

Incanto Italy is part of the Incanto Fashion Group, whose distribution network today consists of more than 260 own and franchise boutiques in Europe and Russia. That number will soon increase following a new opening in Novi Sad this spring.

The leading real estate consultancy company, CBS International, part of Cushman & Wakefield Group, was the chief adviser to the famous Italian brand for its expansion into the Serbian market.

Incanto Italy was founded in the mid-1990s in Desenzano del Garda, between Milan and Venice. From the outset, the brand was known for its high-quality natural materials and affordable prices.

In Serbia, Incanto Italy has manufacturing facilities in Gajdobra, near Bačka Palanka, with more than 1,000 employees.  The company’s goal is to achieve a high level of success and recognition in the local market as well.

CBS International, the largest real estate services firm in Serbia (in terms of revenue for nine years, including 2018, source: SBRA), is a member of Cushman & Wakefield Group, one of the biggest real estate services firms, with 51,000 employees in more than 70 countries.

As the regional leader, CBS International entered its second decade in the real estate market in Serbia with flawless results.

The company offers a wide range of integrated services: office agency, retail agency, residential sales and lease agency, industrial & land agency, valuation & development advisory, capital markets, market research, project management, property and facility management, as well as marketing.
