Leading real estate consultancy company, CBS International, brokered the biggest logistics investment transaction in Serbia
The logistics and industrial market has become one of the most progressive and fastest-growing sectors in the real estate industry, showing the most resilience during these difficult times caused by the pandemic.
This is the very reason why the first registered investment transaction in Serbia during the pandemic, was in the segment of logistic centers.

BIG CEE ACQUIRES LOGISTIC CENTER
The leading real estate investor in Serbia, BIG CEE acquired a logistics and distribution complex, which is headquartered by Kuehne Nagel – a global leader in logistics, operating in Serbia since 2002. The leading real estate consultancy company CBS International, part of the Cushman & Wakefield Group, brokered this very important acquisition.
BIG CEE is part of BIG Shopping Centers Israel, which currently manages 59 shopping centers worldwide, including 27 shopping centers in the USA and 7 in Serbia.
Kuehne Nagel is an international company involved in sea logistics, air logistics, road logistics, and has a strong focus on IT-based integrated logistics solutions.
The acquired logistics complex spreads over 17,000 sqm and is in a long-term lease by Kuehne Nagel since 2007. It is located in the industrial zone of Belgrade, at the border of Dobanovci and Ugrinovci areas. The new owner will support the expansion of the complex with future investments to satisfy the growing needs of its tenant.
