Mall of Split Sets New Standards in Health, Beauty and Lifestyle

Mall of Split is expanding its offer with several major openings, including Douglas, KIKO Milano, Sephora, and Farmacia.

The new additions strengthen the centre’s tenant mix and reflect growing demand for premium cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and wellness concepts.

As highlighted by Mall of Split Director Kristijan Gelo, the development of the beauty segment is an important part of the centre’s long-term strategy.

“Today, beauty represents far more than traditional retail. It is closely connected with lifestyle, self-expression, wellness, and experience. With the arrival of brands such as Sephora and KIKO Milano, alongside several exciting concepts that will soon join our tenant mix, we are creating a unique regional health and beauty destination. These additions significantly enrich the overall offer of Mall of Split and further strengthen our market position,” Gelo emphasized.

The Largest Douglas Store in Croatia

Douglas, one of Europe’s leading premium beauty retailers, has been present at Mall of Split for over a decade.

The brand has now relocated to a significantly larger unit within the centre, opening Croatia’s largest Douglas store. The new flagship concept combines luxury fragrances, premium skincare, makeup, and personalized beauty services.

The expansion further strengthens the centre’s premium beauty offer and reinforces Douglas’ long-term commitment to the location.

New KIKO Milano Store

KIKO Milano has introduced its internationally recognized Italian beauty concept to Mall of Split.

The brand offers a wide range of makeup, skincare products, and beauty accessories inspired by contemporary trends.

Known for combining quality with accessibility, KIKO Milano appeals to a broad customer base and complements the centre’s growing beauty segment.

The First Sephora Store on the Croatian Coast

The opening of the only Sephora store on the Croatian coast and in the wider Adriatic region marks another important milestone for Mall of Split.

As one of the world’s most influential beauty retailers, Sephora is known for innovation, exclusivity, and experiential retail.

Farmacia

The recent opening of Farmacia further expands the centre’s health and beauty segment.

The specialized pharmacy concept focuses on premium dermocosmetics, skincare, and health products.

Farmacia combines professional expertise with carefully selected beauty and wellness brands, responding to growing demand for holistic health and beauty solutions.

The beauty offer at Mall of Split continues to expand.

Upcoming openings include a large Mandis Pharm concept store and an expanded Lana niche perfumery, further strengthening the centre’s premium fragrance, cosmetics, and health & beauty offer.

At the same time, another major international beauty-related brand is already in the pipeline, further confirming Mall of Split’s strategic direction toward becoming the dominant beauty and lifestyle destination in the region.
