The Mall is a high performing shopping center in Bulgaria, located in the eastern part of Sofia, on Tsarigradsko Shose Boulevard. It is owned by Hystead Limited, a specialized shopping center investor and operator, with a strong presence in the SEE region.
The Mall center has recently completed a major extension project, adding 12,000 sqm of space and 40 new retail units. Combined with anchors such as Inditex Group, Peek & Cloppenburg, H&M, Reserved, LC Waikiki, Arena Cinema, Technopolis and Mango, the new tenants make The Mall a dominant retail destination in Sofia.
