Promenada Novi Sad, the future largest shopping center in Serbia, is scheduled to open its doors to the public by the end of 2018. The mall is currently being built by New Europe Property Investments Rockcastle (NEPI Rockcastle) and represents an investment of more than 100 million EUR.
According to the investor, the construction of the new shopping center continues ahead of schedule and the project is likely to open sooner than expected.
Spreading over 140,000 sqm, Promenada Novi Sad will have a GLA of 48.000 sqm across 4 levels and will offer approximately 1,500 parking spaces. The mall will become the most modern shopping center in Serbia that will redefine the retail scene of Novi Sad and the Vojvodina region.
In addition to a unique tenant mix of renowned local and international brand names, Promenada Novi Sad will house a vast range of entertainment and leisure facilities. Its construction will provide a significant boost to the local economy, creating more than 1,500 new jobs.
The complex will be located in the heart of Novi Sad, at the junction of Bulevar Oslobodjenja Street and Cara Lazara Street.
