LPP Group, one of the fastest growing clothing companies in Central and Eastern Europe, continues its expansion in the Balkan region with investments in new stores, logistics and e-commerce projects.

LPP GROUP EXPANSION IN BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA

The Polish fashion giant debuted this year its five famous fashion brands (Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, House and Sinsay) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. LPP rented a total of 5,500 sqm for all its five brands within the recently opened Delta Planet shopping center in Banja Luka. Almost half of the rented space was dedicated to the popular Reserved brand that offers fashion for the whole family. All of LPP 's brands in Banja Luka have been well-received by customers due to their unique offering and excellent value proposition.

“The debut in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the next step to strengthen our position in the region. We already have the experience gained in the neighboring markets where our brands are becoming more and more popular and are recording a dynamic sales growth. I believe that the established recognition of our brands in the region will contribute to the success of our new stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” stated Sławomir Łoboda, Vice-President of LPP.

LPP EXPANSION IN THE SEE REGION

LPP Group commenced its expansion in the Balkans in 2017, when it opened its first stores in Romania. Very soon after the company expanded to Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia

At present, LPP Group operates a network of more than 100 stores in the Balkans. The Group expands through large-format stores, mainly located within prominent shopping centers with rich entertainment and leisure zones.

In the fourth quarter of 2018, LPP Group increased its retail footprint in the Balkans by over 9,000 sqm, of which 5,000 sqm is located in Serbia and 4,000 sqm in Romania.

According to its representatives, the Polish giant plans to build a new distribution center in Romania to support its ambitious expansion plans in the region. The new facility is expected to open by the end of 2019 and will also help to support the development of LPP’s e-commerce operations in South East Europe.
