Located in Dugopolje close to Split, Business Park Dalmatia (BPD) has remaining land of almost 245,000 sqm.
The site is already the leading location in the region for distribution logistics, light manufacturing and food production facilities, among others.
James Gunn, Poseidon Group corporate affairs director said: “We are delighted to see the start of development at Business Park Dalmatia that will improve employment opportunities and provide new services for local residents. This is a major positive endorsement of our strategy and long-term approach in Croatia, where we have been present for 15 years. This news will allow us to expand our strong pipeline of attractive commercial property investments while building scale across SE Europe and beyond.”
FLEXIBLE AND MODERN INFRASTRUCTURE
BDP provides immediate access to major road networks and is fully equipped with modern infrastructure for water, gas, sewage and high-speed telecommunications that gives maximum flexibility to Croatian and international investors alike.
AN EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR INVESTORS
The minimum plot for development at BPD is 20,000 sqm (2 ha). The location possesses excellent access to public transportation and is highly visible from the adjacent A1 Dubrovnik-Zagreb highway, 10 minutes’ drive from Split and 30 minutes from Split International Airport. Investors enjoy the support of the local municipality developing the Dugopolje Business Zone.
BDP offers an attractive work environment, close to the Adriatic Sea, with developers directed to deploy environmentally-friendly and sustainable construction materials that comply with green building standards.
