Westgate Shopping City

Westgate Shopping City is one of the largest shopping centers in Croatia and the EU, with a retail area of 100,000 sqm, housing over 240 stores, and offering 7.250 parking spaces.

Delta Planet Varna

Delta Planet Varna is the second-largest shopping mall in Bulgaria, outside Sofia. It opened in March 2019 and was developed by Delta Real Estate.

Promenada Novi Sad

Promenada Novi Sad is the largest shopping center in Serbia, developed by NEPI Rockcastle. It represents an investment of 128 million EUR.

Ada Mall – Serbia

Ada Mall is a shopping center in Belgrade developed by GTC. It opened in 2019 and offers 34000 sqm GLA.

NEST Retail Parks

NEST is a retail park network developed by RC Europe in southeast Europe. Its portfolio comprises of eight retail parks in Serbia and Romania, finalized and under construction.

BBI Centar Sarajevo

BBI Centar has been operating since 2009 and offers 43.000 sqm of GLA, with over 200 retail units and 479 parking spaces.
