Joker Shopping Center opened in 2007 and is the first shopping center in Split, as well as the largest shopping center in Croatia built by a domestic investor.

The center covers an area of ​​54,000 m2, of which 30,000 m2 is dedicated to retail space, and 5,000 m2 is dedicated to gastronomy which encompasses a food court area, a wide range of restaurants and bars.

In addition to more than 100 stores and a business-office complex, Joker has a rich entertainment offer including the largest fitness center in the region, a CineStar cinema with the only children’s cinema in Croatia, a children’s playroom, and it has numerous bars with spacious terraces. This is what makes Joker a favourite meeting and socialising destination in Split.

Its carefully balanced tenant mix, includes many flagship stores of new comer brands to the market such as Paul&Shark, Seventy, Pinko, Twinset, Elisabetta Franchi, Liu Jo, Imperial and Naf Naf. The most famous high street brands are also present in the mall covering all retail categories such as fashion, sports equipment, children’s clothing, footwear, home equipment, and daily household supplies.

Joker has maintained the position of the most recognisable Dalmatian shopping center for 15 years.

LOCATION

A significant advantage of Joker is its location. It is the only shopping center positioned in the wider city center area, only a 1000 meters away from the heart of the city and it is located on the main city road. It has a large catchment area of 75,000 people living within only 15 minutes walk from the center, but besides attracting a high frequency of local visitors it is one of the favourite tourist attractions in Split.
