RC Europe has started the construction for expanding its existing NEST retail park in Belgrade's municipality Obrenovac.

RC Europe, the developer of NEST retail parks in Europe, opened its 4th retail park in Belgrade's municipality Obrenovac.

RC Europe, the developer of NEST retail parks in Serbia, is constructing a new retail park in Belgrade's municipality Obrenovac, due to open on the 27th of May.  

The popularity of retail parks in Serbia continues to grow. Last year we have seen the opening of four new retail parks across the country, acquisitions of six existing retail parks, and the announcement of new retail park developments for 2021.

NEST is a retail park network developed by RC Europe in southeast Europe. Its portfolio comprises of eight retail parks in Serbia and Romania, finalized and under construction.

The Czech real estate and management company RC Europe will expand its NEST retail park portfolio in Romania with two new openings in 2020.
