RC Europe, the developer of NEST retail parks in Europe, opened its 4th retail park in Belgrade’s municipality Obrenovac.
The opening took place on the 27th of May on Kralja Aleksandra 157 street.
The retail park has 8,200 sqm of retail space and offers 19 stores. According to the developers, this is only the first phase of the retail park, as by the end of 2022 the project will be extended.
Tenants that have occupied the retail park include: LC WAIKIKI, PEPCO, NEW YORKER, MAXI, ĐAK SPORT, LILLY DROGERIE, GIGATRON, TEHNOMANIJA, FORMA IDEALE, OPPOSITE SHOES&BAGS, KATRIN FASHION, N SPORT, DEXYCO, GALEN APOTEKA, ZEMAX, PET ZONE, WINER CLUB, CAFFE POSEJDON.
With the opening of NEST in Obrenovac, RC EUROPE now has four retail parks in Serbia. The other retail parks are located in Vršac, Kraljevo, and Užice.
