RC Europe, the developer of NEST retail parks in Serbia, is constructing a new retail park in Belgrade’s municipality Obrenovac, due to open on the 27th of May.
The new retail park is positioned on Kralja Aleksandra I street in Obrenovac and will have 8,250 sqm of retail space as the first phase of development.
The project is in its final phase of construction and soon 19 stores will open, such as Maxi supermarket, New Yorker, DexyCO, Koton, Djak Sport, Lilly, Gigatron, and others.

Once the retail park is finalized it will create over 300 jobs.
With the opening of NEST in Obrenovac, RC EUROPE will have four retail parks in Serbia. The other retail parks are located in Vršac, Kraljevo, and Užice.
