RC Europe has started the construction for expanding its existing NEST Obrenovac retail park in Serbia.

The second phase of NEST Obrenovac retail park will be a 2,800 sqm addition to its existing structure, planned to house five new retail units and provide 85 new parking spaces. The project is planned to be completed by April 2023.

The first phase of NEST Obrenovac opened to the public in May 2021, consisting of 8,200 sqm and housing 19 stores. According to the investors, the retail park very quickly became the new center of Obrenovac, a place where people gather and shop.

The first phase of NEST Obrenovac is working very well and the citizens of Belgrade’s municipality Obrenovac seem to be very satisfied with the offer. With this second phase, we will make the whole retail park nicer and offer our visitors something new, stated Bojana Koljenšić, Director of RC EUROPE Serbia.

RC Europe’s operates four NEST retail parks in Serbia, with the other projects located in the towns Kraljevo, Vršac and Užice.
