Galerija Belgrade shopping center continues to introduce innovative entertainment for its visitors, by setting up a piano on the first floor and allowing famous musicians and talented visitors to play their favorite melodies.
So far over 1,000 visitors played on the piano and shared their talent by posting videos of themselves performing on social media. The piano has attracted a lot of attention from visitors within the mall and social media followers, making it a very smart marketing move.
The idea for setting up a piano in the mall was to create an atmosphere for visitors to feel like they are on the streets of Belgrade. Street performers can easily create a fun atmosphere, bring people together and create an experience to remember.
Galerija Belgrade welcomes all people of all ages to demonstrate their piano skills from the 1st of March to the 30th of April, from 16:00 – 20:00.
The Key is Social Media
Although currently in Serbia there are government restrictions on stores operating within malls due to the pandemic, which will be soon lifted, Galerija Belgrade reminds us that shopping centers should not stop entertaining their visitors, building brand awareness and visitor loyalty through the use of social media.
