Ada Mall’s Loyalty Club program was shortlisted for the 2022 European Solal Marketing Awards by the European Council of Shopping Places (ECSP).
Ada Mall’s Loyalty program was launched in May 2021. The program awards its shoppers with permanent discounts at its 70 stores and allows users to collect points by scanning receipts in order to win attractive prizes from its fund worth 10 million dinars. In just over a year, the loyalty program recorded around 40,000 users for its Basic and VIP loyalty programs.

The mall opened in 2019 and was a 105 million EUR investment. With a gross leasable area of 34,000 sqm on five levels, the mall offers a unique shopping experience, introducing many new brands and concepts to the Serbian market.
