Neptun opened the first modern technology store on the Albanian Riviera this summer to meet the growing demand for modern vacation rentals.
The Albanian Riviera has recently become a hotspot for both tourists and investors, with a boom in vacation home construction and multi-use real estate development.
This rapid growth has created a significant demand for high-quality electronics that can elevate the living experience in these properties.
Recognizing this opportunity, Neptun has opened the first modern technology store in the coastal region, offering property owners and vacationers access to the best international technology brands available on the market.

Neptun’s store, which spans over 200 m2, is stocked with a wide range of products designed to meet the various technology needs of today’s property owners and travelers.
The store aims to help investors create vacation rentals that stand out in the competitive Albanian Riviera market. By offering the latest technology, they can provide a superior experience for their guests, whether it’s through the convenience of smart home systems or the luxury of state-of-the-art entertainment options.
“No one wants to spend their vacation vacuuming for hours, washing dishes after every meal, or making frequent trips to the grocery store. That’s why our store offers solutions like robot vacuum cleaners, dishwashers, and side-by-side refrigerators to make life easier. Even tourists staying for just a couple of weeks can find everything they might need or have forgotten to pack, such as an electric toothbrush, a powerful hairdryer, a power bank, or a Nintendo Switch to keep the kids entertained during off-beach hours”, said Evis Tartale.
A Strategic Location in the Heart of the Riviera
Neptun’s new store is strategically located on the ground floor of the newly opened Galeria by TEG shopping center, the first modern shopping center of its kind on the Albanian coast.
Nestled within Green Coast’s picturesque landscape, this €12 million shopping center project by ACREM, promises to be the top retail, leisure, and social life destination in southern Albania. Spanning across a GLA of 4,500 square meters, the shopping center houses approximately 20 retail and service units, all with an exclusive sea view.
Its offerings include essential retail outlets, including a SPAR hypermarket and a Green Coast’s real estate office for property seekers.

Neptun Regional Expansion
With this new opening, Neptun has expanded its retail network in Albania to 30 stores.
Their next move is to open their first store in Sarajevo, which will extend their operations into Bosnia & Herzegovina, alongside their established regional presence in Albania, Kosovo, and Macedonia.
“We currently have 30 stores, including this new one in the South. While we’re not planning to open any additional stores in Albania at the moment, our focus is on renovating and refreshing our existing locations. Our expansion plans are centered on the region, with a new store opening soon in Sarajevo, which will extend our operations into Bosnia & Herzegovina, in addition to our presence in Albania, Kosovo, and Macedonia,” Evis Tartale stated.
