As a company that is responsible for the management of more than 12 office and retail assets in Belgrade, MPC Properties has made a decision to turn off all building facade lighting at night to ensure maximum electricity savings during the last quarter of 2022.
MPC Properties has decided this fall to contribute to the reduction of electricity consumption by turning off the complete external lighting on the facades of its buildings, which also includes switching off the electrical signages of its centers and tenants.
These measures came into force on Monday, September 26th, and refer to the turning off of all lighting on the facades of its shopping centers and business centers during periods when the buildings are not in operation.
- Shopping centersย Uล ฤE Shopping Center, BEO Shopping Center, Delta City, Mercator Center, and IMMO Olutelt Center, will turn off the lights at 10:30 p.m., half an hour after they close;
- Business centers Uล ฤE Tower One, Uล ฤE Tower Two, Navigator Business Center 1, Navigator Business Center 2, Plaza Prima, and TLD Belgrade will turn off the lights at 8 p.m.
The decision will be valid for the entire 4th quarter of 2022. It was made with the aim to reduce electricity consumption, provide support to the economy, and show concern for the community during a challenging period.
