3. Real Estate Operation with the Greatest ESG Impact:
Highlighting the importance of sustainability and responsible practices, this category will honor operations that have made significant efforts to comply with ESG principles or have developed exemplary solutions in this field.
4. Best Real Estate Fund, Management Company, or Investment Group:
This award will recognize teams that have made noteworthy contributions to investment or divestment operations within the Real Estate market, driving innovation and growth.
5. Best Proptech Startup in Which to Invest:
This category will celebrate emerging companies that have displayed entrepreneurial talent and contributed to innovation in the Real Estate sector. The award takes into account their ability to raise capital in the past 12 months or their potential to do so in the coming 6 months.

The World-Class District Awards 2023 are open to funds, private equity firms, organizations, corporations, cities, analysts, technology parks, business schools, universities, startups, and accelerators committed to innovation and continuous improvement in the Real Estate industry.
