This November, the construction of another exceptional business project will begin in Belgrade called “Skyline Omnia”. The business tower will be part of a business complex  “Skyline Belgrade” located on Kneza Miloša Street.

The investor of the project, AFI Europe Serbia, pointed out that this functional business tower, worth 73 million EUR, will be another impressive symbol of the capital.

Skyline Omnia will have 31 floors, and with a total height of 132 meters will cover almost 40,000 m2. There will be no waiting for elevators in this business tower since the project envisages as many as 11 fast elevators for employees and visitors.

Flexible Space for Rent

Tenants will be provided with maximum flexibility, as there will be the possibility for each floor to be divided according to their requirements and needs. Areas of space for rent, from 250 m2 to 920 m2 per floor, will allow each space to be organized in an optimal way. This modern building will be an example of the use of high-tech equipment, and with its sophisticated telecommunications equipment, it will meet the LEED Gold standard.

Parking in the city center

The lack of parking spaces in the center of Belgrade is a major problem for the business world, but users of Skyline Omnia business tower will not have to worry about that, because they will have 479 garage parking spaces available, which is a great advantage in this part of the city. The ground floor is intended for retail outlets, and every fifth floor will have a terrace.

CBS International Exclusive Agent

This architecturally impressive building in a prestigious location will be the right choice for companies that need a first-class, quality, and inspiring work environment.

The exclusive agent for renting this unique business tower is CBS International, the leading real estate consulting company in Serbia, which is part of Cushman & Wakefield Group.
