Poseidon Group, London-based property investor, developer and asset manager, continues to expand and strengthen its Capitol Park network throughout Croatia.
Poseidon Group has been operating in Croatia for 15 years and now it successfully manages 11 retail parks and neighbourhood shopping centres. By the end of 2020, Poseidon will run 16 Capitol Parks in the region, bringing a modern shopping experience to visitors nationwide.
Capitol Park Ivanić Grad
First tenants to open within Capitol Park in Ivanić-Grad were resized and renovated Konzum store, café Allegri and a newcomer Kik Textilien. All three tenants welcomed their first buyers in October, while Pepco joined them today, November 5th.
The reconstructed building near the city centre aims to become a new shopping destination for more than 9,000 residents of Ivanić-Grad. The 5,000 sqm Capitol Park introduced to the city three newcomer international brands, already mentioned Pepco and Kik Textilien, while TEDi will join them in the following weeks.
