ADA MALL is introducing more innovations to its tenant mix by opening ADA PAKET SHOP which offers package delivery services.
Following the modern demands of the market and listening to the needs of its visitors, ADA MALL has recently included the ADA PAKET SHOP to its offer, which will become the home of courier services D EXPRESS and BEX EXPRESS.
ADA PAKET SHOP is located at the entrance of the mall from Visoka street.
D EXPRESS
Services that D EXPRESS offers to its clients include:
- 24h and 48h package delivery service;
- International delivery service;
- Delivery via parcel machines and the package shop.
Parcel machines which they call “Paketomat” are like ATM machines, where you can drop off your packages for delivery. D Express currently has the widest network of these parcel machines in Serbia, which they recently included in ADA MALL.
Besides the machines, the Paket Shop allows customers to easily and quickly send and receive packages from a location that suits them, during working hours between 10 am to 8 pm, without the need to wait for a courier.
Advantages of sending/receiving shipments via the PAKET SHOP service are:
• Possibility of sending/receiving packages on weekdays until 8:00 p.m;
• Possibility of sending pre-addressed shipments through the D Express user application;
• Time-saving thanks to its fast and simple service;
• Transport packaging offers such as safety transport bags;
• Ability to track shipments in real-time T&T;
• SMS services for delivery announcements and delivery confirmations.
BEX EXPRESS
The Package Shop of BEX EXPRESS in Ada Mall will work with clients on weekdays from 9 am to 8 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.
Customers will be able to send and receive their packages through them as well, but also Vakel Payment Services will be available in the shop where all types of bills can be paid at the same place without waiting in line.
Pedestrian couriers will be hired from the Ada Mall Bex package shop to deliver parcels in the area and a vehicle will be available for picking up goods. At the desk of the Bex package shop, there will always be a person in charge of scanning packages, and for all the necessary information that the customers may need.
