Final Coutdown to the Opening of Diamond Mall in Skopje

Diamond Mall, a new mall under construction in the center of Skopje, is set to open in March 2023. It is an integral part of a multifunctional complex called Diamond of Skopje.

Famous developer Limak Group, invested a total of 250 million euros in this project, which apart from the new shopping mall, encompasses a 5-star Limak Skopje Luxury Hotel, four residential towers with 772 units, a business center, a green area of 11,000m², and a closed parking space for 3,200 vehicles.

Concept and Layout

Diamond Mall has a total leasable area of 48,000m², which will accommodate 180 stores.

Besides retail, it will offer one of the biggest mall entertainment areas in the wider region called ‘Dream Zoneconsisting of 7,000m². Dream Zone will offer educational and entertainment facilities for people of all ages.

A dedicated space for gastronomy units has also been created called  ‘Gourmet Avenue’ which will welcome a variety of open and semi-open cafés, bars, and restaurants.

Thanks to its unique architectural concept, which will create a superior experience by combining shopping, fun, and socializing, Limak Group is confident that Diamond Mall will become the most popular gathering place for all inhabitants and visitors of the Macedonian capital.

Diamond Mall is being constructed in accordance with the highest and most contemporary standards for shopping mall development.

As Diamond Mall is positioned in the very heart of Skopje, it is well connected with public transport and offers easy access for pedestrians and vehicles as it has various entrances from all sides of the central city area.
