Cineplexx Opening at Skopje East Gate Mall

One of the leading cinema chains in South-Eastern Europe, Cineplexx, is investing 5 Million Eur to open a new multiplex cinema at Skopje East Gate (SEG).

Cineplexx cinema group has started construction on its second multiplex cinema in Skopje, which is expected to open in the fourth quarter of this year.

The construction ceremony took place on Thursday, July 15th on-site of the new Shopping Center East Gate Mall where Head of Business Development of Cineplexx Group, Lucas Langhammer, and the CEO of Skopje East Gate, Igor Davkov made the official announcement of the project.

Cineplexx is building a high-end multiplex cinema which will consist of approximately 3.000 sqm and more than 1.000 seats in 8 halls. The cinema will be equipped with state-of-the-art cinema projection technology which will showcase national and international movies in a modern and first-class atmosphere.

Collaboration with BALFIN Group

The first Cineplexx cinema in Skopje was developed in close collaboration with BALFIN Group, which also owns Skopje East Gate Mall.

New Dimension of Comfort for Skopje

Besides the most modern cinema technology, Cineplexx also announced that it is bringing a new dimension of seating comfort to Skopje. The new cinema will provide an exclusive VIP hall with luxurious leather seating for extraordinary comfort and privacy.
