The 7th Stop Shop Retail Park Opens in Croatia

Immofinanz opens its 7th Stop Shop retail park in Croatia in the town of Gospić, expanding its total network to 123 retail parks across Europe.

The new STOP SHOP opened on the 8th of December and is located on Budačka street in Gospić, serving a catchment area of approximately 29,200 people. The retail park consists of GLA 8,500 sqm and offers 166 parking spaces. The project was finished on time and achieved 100% occupancy.

Tenants include famous international and local brands such as SPAR supermarket, Takko Fashion, Tedi, New Yorker, Sinsay, Sport Vision, MANA, Sportisimo, NKD, BIPA, Optika Anda, YES and others.

Joško Piteša, Immofinanz Manager of Operations for Croatia, stated at the opening ceremony:

Our vision is clear – to attract thrifty, smart customers who appreciate accessibility and practicality, and who will be able to find a wide variety of products within our stores. I am convinced that the new STOP SHOP will simplify life for the citizens of Gospić and the entire region.

This is the 4th Stop Shop retail park that Immofinanz opened in Croatia in 2022. Today Immofinanz operates 7 Stop Shops in the country, with the remaining 6 located in Osijek, Valpovo, Ludbreg, Našice, Kaštel Sućurac, and Velika Gorica.
