The Platinum certification is a result of many carefully implemented and interconnected sustainability practices, including:

• Sustainable mobility: The mall is easily accessible by public transport and offers eight electric vehicle charging points, as well as dedicated bicycle parking.

• Water conservation: Rainwater is collected and reused for toilet flushing and outdoor landscaping, helping to significantly reduce water use.

• Energy efficiency: The mall is designed to maximize natural daylight through large glass surfaces and skylights. Energy-saving LED lighting is used throughout the mall and its facade to minimize electricity consumption.
