Manufaktura, bistro-cafe chain, will open in September 2018 a new unit within Openville mixed-use development in Timișoara. The new opening will be the chain's first unit outside of Bucharest and its forth location in the country.

The new Manufaktura will be located on the ground floor of Openville's United Business Center 1 office building and will consist of 210 sqm.

Manufaktura promises a unique experience, offering the freshest “single origin” coffee, a menu inspired by international cuisine, live music performances and a friendly ambiance. The new location will feature a particular style of décor, a design inspired by coffee beans, combined with materials that enhance the interior light, warmth and comfort of the space.

About Openville Timişoara

Openville Timişoara is the largest mixed-use project in western Romania that will open its doors to the public in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The project that integrates the current Iulius Mall Timişoara will comprise of office, retail and entertainment components, and is being developed by IULIUS Group and Atterbury Europe.

The first phase of development will include 100,000 sqm of class A office space, a 47,000 sqm additional retail space, a 55,000 sqm park, a traffic underpass and more than 1,500 new parking spaces fitted in two multilevel and underground parking facilities.

The Openville project will gravitate around Iulius Mall Timişoara, which will be expanded by an additional 47,000 sqm during the first development phase, increasing its total leasable area to 118,000 sqm.

In Openville, the citizens of Timişoara will discover numerous leisure options, a new mix of brands, more than 100 new stores, restaurants and themed cafés, a new concept of cinema and the largest children's playground.

The second phase of the Openville Timişoara project will entail the development of approximately 85,000 sqm of office space and 25,000 sqm of retail space, depending on the market demands.

The investment in Openville is estimated at over 220 million EUR and represents the largest infusion of private capital in the real estate sector of western Romania.
