STOP SHOP Požarevac, the fifth retail park in Serbia to be developed by IMMOFINANZ, is scheduled to open its doors to the public on the 19th of April, the mayor of Požarevac has announced.
The new retail scheme will take up 7,200 sqm, offering 16 stores and 300 parking spaces. Its construction is an investment equal to approximately 10,5 million EUR and will generate 300 job openings.
IMMOFINANZ is currently also developing a new retail park in Vršac, which will open on the 26th of April.
The Austrian real estate developer entered the Serbian market in 2015 and has since then opened four STOP SHOP retail parks in Čačak, Niš, Valjevo and Lazarevac.
As previously stated by its representatives, IMMOFINANZ plans to further expand the STOP SHOP retail park brand in Serbia and is scheduled to complete a new development in the town of Sremska Mitrovica this year.
