Prima Shops Oradea, a retail park and strip mall concept in Romania developed by Oasis Development, announced that it has attracted a new lineup of tenants: fashion brand C&A, Mesopotamia restaurant chain, WoW shop, Piata 9 stake house and the Italian seafood and fish chain Giorgio Mare.
The world-famous fashion retailer C&A leased a space for a 1,100 sqm store within the retail park, which will feature its new design concept.
“The arrival of international major retailers such as C&A confirms the quality of the projects launched by Oasis Development in Romania. There is a strong preference for retail parks and commercial galleries in the Romanian market. We aim to focus our development on these retail schemes, creating new concepts for potential tenants and introducing new brand names to the local market,” stated Klaus Reisenauer, Partner at Oasis Development.
Prima Shops Oradea has a gross leasable area of 10,000 sqm, housing tenants such as JYSK, PEPCO, Noriel, Flanco, CCC, Deichmann, Intersport and KFC.
The project was developed in 2012, following an investment of more than 12 million EUR. Located on Boulevard Decebal no. 61 Street in the city center, it has a primary catchment area of 60,000 inhabitants, while more than 150,000 people live within a 10-minute drive from the complex.
