ParkLake, a Sonae Sierra and Caelum Development joint venture project in Bucharest, has signed during this year 13 additional tenants, occupying a total of 7,300 sqm.
New tenants vary from fashion, kids’, entertainment, services and restaurants. Altogether, the variety in the tenant mix comprises the best blend of international and national brands, combined within the breathtaking design that makes ParkLake a European wide recognized project.
Recent signings include a 2,400 sqm LC Waikiki flagship store, a 1,400 sqm New Yorker store and a 1,200 sqm Kiddo Play Academy specialized in kids’ entertainment. Other new brands include Laser Maxx, Noriel, Banca Transilvania, Karcher, Taco Bell, Sizeer, Cartoffisserie, AC & Co (men’s fashion brand from Turkey) and Ana Dance Studio which offers dance classes for children. Altogether, the mall will add 7,300 sqm of GLA with the introduction of new retail facilities.
“We are very pleased to offer a renewed and even more diversified tenant mix to our visitors. We are adding both international and national brands, while expanding the leisure and entertainment facilities. ParkLake truly goes beyond shopping and expands the offer for great experiences. This is another reason why we are recognized as one of Europe’s best projects by the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC)” stated Catalin Cucian, ParkLake Shopping Center Manager.
