New Levi’s Store Opens in The Mall in Sofia, Bulgaria

The Mall, one of the leading shopping centers in Sofia located on Tsarigradsko shose Boulevard no. 115z, has recently welcomed a new tenant, international denim brand Levi’s.

The new Levi’s store is located on the first floor, offering a wide selection of denim, apparel and accessories for both men and women.

According to its latest financial report, Levi Strauss & Co. recorded an operating income of 77 million USD in the second quarter of 2018, a 22 percent increase compared to the same quarter of fiscal 2017. Its European revenues were up by 19 percent, reflecting continued broad based growth across all markets, channels, and product categories.

About The Mall

The Mall opened in spring 2010 and is one of the leading and largest shopping centers in Sofia.With a total area of over 66,000 sqm, the complex offers more than 200 stores, as well as cafes and restaurants, services, leisure amenities and parking for more than 2,800 vehicles.

The Mall consists of six levels in total, of which three levels are underground.

Its tenant mix comprises of famous international and local brands, including Inditex brands, H&M, Peek & Cloppenburg, Intersport, Arena Cinema and many others.

In July 2017, South African investment fund Hystead Limited, a joint venture between Hyprop Investments and Homestead Limited, acquired The Mall for approximately 156 million EUR from Europa Capital.
