A NEW RETAIL PARK TO COMPLEMENT ARENA CENTAR
The retail park is located right next to the largest shopping center in Zagreb, Arena Centar. Spreading across 8,000 sqm, it offers 11 affordable brands that complement the existing shopping center.
“We have decided to expand Arena Centar with a new retail park in order to enhance its offer and make the trading zone even more attractive. Some international retailers prefer to expand in retail parks because they offer lower rents and the possibility to open large-format stores. On the other hand, customers love the convenience of retail parks, which are easily accessible and less crowded than shopping centers, “ stated Tomislav Dekalić, Asset Manager for Croatia and Serbia, NEPI Rockcastle.
A STRONG LINEUP OF BRANDS
Arena Park is now home to LC Waikiki, a newcomer brand to the Croatian market. The new store is LC Waikiki's 470th unit outside of Turkey and its first in Croatia. With a vast range of affordable fashion collections for men, women and children, the store is set to become a top destination for family shopping in Zagreb.
The fashion offer is also complemented by the discount fashion and home goods chain KIK. The German chain is a popular brand in Croatia, known for its diverse range of fashion, home textiles and accessories, sold at affordable prices. The new KIK store is the retailer's 80th store in Croatia.
ARENA CENTAR: A LEADING SHOPPING CENTER IN THE REGION
