Mall of Split, a leading shopping mall located in the city of Split, has just re-opened after the COVID epidemic, offering some new brands for its visitors.
THE SECOND H&M STORE IN SPLIT
The most significant and most relevant new tenant to join the Mall of Split is the global fashion giant H&M.
The retailer signed a lease agreement with the mall in December 2019, for a first floor unit of approximately 2.112 sqm. The opening of the H&M store is planned for September 2020, and this will be the retailer’s second store in the city.
EXPANDED INDITEX STORES
One of the main anchors of Mall of Split, retailer Inditex, has decided to expand its existing stores within the mall due to the increasing demand of shoppers.
Its existing stores, such as Zara Home and Oysho, were expanded and re-opened on the first floor of the mall. The new store of Zara Home occupies 665 sqm, while the new Oysho store consists of approximately 508 sqm.
Mall of Split Center Management is also proud to announce that Inditex brand Zara is currently expanding its existing store and is preparing to introduce its newest premium concept store design. The new Zara store will open in June 2020 with its latest summer collection, and it will spread across an area of 2.915,97 sqm.
LOVELY BOUTIQUE MULTI-BRAND STORE
Lovely Boutique is the mall’s newest multi-brand concept store that opened on the second floor, consisting of 104 sqm. The store is elegantly designed and offers a unique choice of various fashion accessories such as handbags, belts, jewelry, and other leather goods.
Its brand portfolio includes My Lovely Bag, Mona, Manuel Company, Solo sells Footwear, and SN Exclusive. My Lovely Bag will also be expanded in the next season to include winter clothing and footwear. The store’s wide and appealing range of models, colors, and styles are selected to satisfy the most demanding fashionista.
CONTINUOUSLY EXPANDING ITS TENANT MIX
Over the past four years, Mall of Split has attracted numerous world-renowned brands, including multiple market newcomers in Croatia. Besides the retailers mentioned above, new additions include brands such as Coffy Way and Dr. Feet.
Mall of Split is a dynamic shopping and entertainment hub in Split, the second-largest city in Croatia. The Center provides more than 200 stores for every taste, budget and age group on a retail area of 60,700 sqm.
