ADA MALL, developed by GTC, is the next generation shopping center to be built in Belgrade, opposite from the popular recreational zone Ada Ciganlija.
With a gross leasable area of 34,000 sqm on five levels, the mall will offer a unique shopping experience, introducing new international brand names to the Serbian market. The first three floors will home retail units, while the top two floors will be dedicated to bars, restaurants and additional multi-purpose entertainment facilities. The top two levels will have separate working hours from the rest of the mall creating a new nightlife destination. The complex will also feature three floors of underground parking with approximately 1,000 parking spaces.
ADA MALL will be designed to reflect the shape of a lake, boasting a glass and plaster facade covered with vertical wooden elements, green walls, terraces and gardens. All visitors will be able to use a planned pedestrian bridge which will connect the mall directly to Ada Lake.
The opening of this modern shopping center, designed for the whole family, is planned for the last quarter of 2018.
Hennes & Mauritz AB (H&M), Swedish fashion retailer, announced that it will open its new store within the retail complex Ada Mall in autumn 2018. This will be the company’s fifth store in Belgrade and the 13th in Serbia.
GTC SERBIA, has announced yesterday at a press gathering, that their under construction project in Belgrade – ADA MALL has managed to secure lease agreements with many new comer brand names. ADA MALL, located near the popular lake resort Ada Ciganlija, is expected to bring innovation to the Serbian market due to its design and original tenant mix.
GTC S.A., a leading international real estate developer, has announced on the 21st of April that it has signed a binding term sheet for financing the construction of Ada Mall, its first retail investment in Belgrade.
