Kragujevac Plaza Tenant Mix Update

Kragujevac Plaza, the largest modern shopping center outside of Belgrade owned by NEPI Rockcastle plc, opened this year four new stores: Optika, CCC, Nefa and Pizza Factory.

Pizza Factory, is a new restaurant that opened in February within the mall's food court area on the first floor. The unit covers 70 sqm and will soon expend its offer by adding RED WINGS concept within its space.

In March, Kragujevac Plaza welcomed Optika. The eyewear and accessories store is located on the ground floor of the mall, next to the main entrance and covers 111.5 sqm.

This month, two new tenants entered the mall, well known footwear brand CCC and furniture store Nefa. Both stores are located on the ground floor, with CCC occupying 712 sqm and Nefa furniture spreading across 175 sqm.

Besides these new openings, some stores have gone through renovations and relocations, following the centers’ constant dedication to improving its offer and providing a modern experience for customers. For instance, in February Vulkan Knjizara bookstore, relocated to a new unit of 239 sqm on the first floor.

Danilo Danilović, Kragujevac Plaza Center Manager, announced that they are continually working on expanding their retail offer to meet the demands of its visitors. The mall also expanded its terrace and will update its food court zone, adapting to new retail trends and adding an even better experience to its visitors who are looking for new and engaging destinations.
